Our normal processing time is 5-7 business days. Please keep in mind that delivery time depends on the processing time of the carrier and/or shipping option selected at checkout. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate this request. Please keep in mind that this policy is in place because we cannot guarantee consistent quality, especially since we may not have previously worked with the materials of the item(s) in question. If an item is damaged or the quality of the design does not meet expectations, it could delay the process.

We use various techniques based on the product's design and material. For more information, please refer to the description of each product.

Please note that personalized items cannot be returned or refunded, unless a reasonable mistake was made by our team. All other items are subject to a 30-day return policy. Items on sale are final purchases.

If you have a special order request, such as adding a name to a design that currently does not offer personalization, or if you would like to request a new design, please send us a message using the "Contact Us" tab located in the header section at the top of the page. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
